- Final hiring decisions, employment contracts, and direct salary offers remain the exclusive prerogative of the sponsoring European employer.
- Visa grants, residence permits, and official work authorizations remain subject to sovereign immigration laws and consular approvals of the respective European host government (e.g., Poland, Germany, Czechia, Hungary, Netherlands).
03. Ethical Recruitment Principles (Employer Pays Model)
Zero Unlawful Recruitment Fees
WPS operates in alignment with International Labour Organization (ILO) General Principles and Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment. We do not charge candidates illegal "job purchase" or hidden placement fees. Professional recruitment agency costs are borne by the sponsoring employer.
Any standard third-party administrative expenditures (such as sovereign government visa application fees, medical fitness examinations, or government apostille legalization) are clearly disclosed in advance with official receipts and zero markups.
04. Candidate Integrity & Truthfulness
Candidates agree that all credentials, employment histories, driving license categories, and medical declarations submitted to WPS are accurate, authentic, and complete. Submission of falsified licenses, fraudulent certificates, or misleading identity records results in immediate termination of representation and reporting where legally mandated.
05. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All brand marks, logos, original editorial content, illustrations, and operational materials displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Workforce Partner Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
